Case Intake For Top 10 Pharma

Foresight implemented the Foresight Case Intake (PVI) solution for a top 10 global pharmaceutical company.  The system was implemented for both the US and UK call centers to capture potential adverse events on-line while call center agents have reporters on the phone and then automatically import cases into the company’s safety database.  The system has been in production for over ten (10) years and has processed over 800,000 adverse events.
