At Foresight, we take the protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (SPII) and Protected Health Information (PHI) seriously. We collect, process and maintain PII, SPII and PHI according to the highest standards and only for legitimate business purposes. We have implemented safeguards to assure the integrity and security of such information. We properly inform individuals about the information collected about them and give them access to their information and allow them to correct, amend or delete inaccurate information.

US-EU Privacy Shield:
Foresight Group International A.G. (“Foresight”) complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States.  Foresight has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles.  If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern.  To learn more about the Privacy Shield program, and to view our certification, please visit https://www.privacyshield.gov/.  The Foresight Group Privacy Policy containing Privacy Shield practices is available here.

In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Foresight commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information.  Individuals in the European Union with inquiries or complaints regarding our Private Shield policy should first contact Foresight at:

Foresight has further committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to European Union Data Protection Authorities (EU-DPAs). If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, please contact or visit: http://ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/bodies/authorities/index_en.htm for more information or to file a complaint.  The services of the EU-DPAs are provided at no cost to you.   US-CH Safe Harbor Framework: We are self-certified through the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework, a collaboration of the U.S. Department of Commerce in consultation with Switzerland to assure full compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the United States Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) from 1996 (45 CFR Part 160 to 164) Our actions are guided by the Foresight Group Privacy Policy and Security Policy. In addition, all our Associates are signatories to our Computer and Information Usage Agreement.
